Electrofusion Processor 

The IntegriFuse universal electrofusion processor has a computer command system for fully automatic control and energy supply monitoring. Every fitting has a bar code label which contains the information needed for correct fusion. The electrofusion time is established automatically, adjusting for the ambient temperature as measured by an external probe. Simply hold the wand like a pencil and position it slightly in front of the bar code. Then move it quickly and smoothly across the label. You can read it from left or right.

The Smart Scanner is designed to function as a drop-in replacement for the standard barcode wand. The Smart Scanner provides faster, more reliable barcode scanning than the traditional pen style wands. The rugged molded enclosure and recessed scanning engine will protect the sensitive scanning elements. The IntegriFuse EF processor with Smart Scanner allows the user to remotely start and stop a fusion. The optional GPS will allow the fitting locations to be stored for each fusion performed.    

The IntegriFuse EF Processor can be set to require a user password. In this way you can ensure that only trained personnel can use the equipment. The unit can also store and document up to 1,000 electrofusions in memory. Reports indicate the fusion date, time, ambient temperature, fitting type and size, user ID, and even the manufacturer of the part.
