All Molded Fittings are designed to be fully pressure rated to the equivalent SDR in HDPE Pipe.
IntegriFuse Molded butt fusion fittings are manufactured with black high density bimodal polyethylene copolymer designed for use in potable water, natural gas, industrial, landfill, geothermal, and mining applications. Butt Fittings meet AWWA and ASTM-D2513 requirements, and are manufactured with material that is NSF Standard 14 certified, and complies with ANSI/NSF Standard 61 health effects requirements. IntegriFuse Butt Fittings are recognized by the Plastic Pipe Institute as having a material designation code of PE3408, PE3608, PE470, and PE100.
IntegriFuse HDPE Molded Butt Fittings are in compliance with ASTM D3261 (Standard Specifications For Butt Fusion Polyethylene Fittings). Measurement is done in accordance with ASTM D2122.
Our molded butt fittings fully comply with the requirements of ASTM D2513 and API 15LE. Molded butt fusion fittings are molded from pre-blended virgin resins in accordance with the material specifications listed in ASTM D1248.
